Shipping & delivery

Dispatch times

In-stock orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later ship the next working day.

Preorders ship on the expansion’s release day. If a preorder is combined with in-stock items, the whole order ships together unless you ask us to split it.

Delivery options and costs

Standard tracked delivery costs $6.95 and arrives in 2–4 working days. It is free on orders over $75.

Express courier costs $14.95 and arrives the next working day when ordered before 15:00. International tracked delivery is calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Singles ship in a penny sleeve, a top loader and a team bag, inside a rigid mailer. Cards over $100 ship in a semi-rigid holder with additional bracing.

Sealed products ship in double-walled boxes with void fill so corners and shrink wrap stay intact for collectors.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number and billing email.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in checkout prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 working days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
